The SocialShare element in Appmint empowers users to integrate social media sharing functionality into their websites.

With this element, visitors can easily share content from your site across various social media platforms, increasing engagement and expanding your online reach.

What is the SocialShare Element?

The SocialShare element enables website owners to incorporate social sharing buttons seamlessly into their web pages.

These buttons allow visitors to share content, such as articles, images, or products, with their social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.

  • Content Sharing: Allow visitors to share articles, blog posts, or news updates with their followers on social media platforms.

Using the SocialShare Element:

Drag the SocialShare element from the Preset tab and drop it onto your canvas where you want the social sharing buttons to appear.

Click on the "Tune Item" icon on the SocialShare element to open the editor panel and access its properties.

Configure Properties:

  • URL: Insert the URL of the page you want visitors to share.
  • Title: Enter the title of the content being shared.
  • Email: Enable/disable the option to share via email.
  • Show Count: Choose whether to display the share count for each social media platform.
  • Size: Select the size of the social sharing buttons.

Select Social Media Platforms:

  • Under the "Social" section, select the social media platforms you want to include in the sharing options. Users will be able to share content directly to these platforms.

Customize Appearance:

  • Navigate to the "Style" tab to customize the appearance of the SocialShare element.
  • Adjust the background color, shadow, padding, margin, border, width, height, and other visual properties to match your website's design.

Set Action:

  • Move to the "Action" tab to set actions, events, and event listeners for the SocialShare element if needed.
  • Define what happens when users interact with the social sharing buttons, such as triggering animations or displaying notifications.

Add Tag Attributes:

  • Optionally, you can add tag attributes in the "Tag Attribute" tab to further customize the behavior or functionality of the SocialShare element.

Preview the webpage to see how the SocialShare element appears and functions in the context of your website. Test the social sharing functionality to ensure that visitors can easily share content to their preferred social media platforms.

Once you're satisfied with the configuration, save your changes and publish the webpage to make the SocialShare element live on your website.
