Accessing the Sidebar Menu

After logging into AppMint Web Builder, you can access the MintFlow Sidebar Menu by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the Application Dropdown:

  • Once you're logged in, locate the Application dropdown from the main dashboard.

2. Click on the MintFlow Plus (+) Icon:

  • In the dropdown, click on the MintFlow icon (+) to open the MintFlow Designer interface.

3. Sidebar Menu Location:

  • Once inside the MintFlow Designer, all the main controls and features are organized in the sidebar located on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • The sidebar provides quick access to all the available menu items for designing and managing your workflows.

MintFlow Designer Title Tabs

The MintFlow Designer contains two main title tabs that offer different options for managing and designing flows.

2.1. Switching to List Tab

To switch to the List Tab, click on the "Switch to List Tab" button located at the top of the title tab. This view gives you an organized list of all the flows, with options to manage and filter them.

All Flows Tab:

All Flows

  • The All Flows Tab allows you to view every flow created in the system.

  • It includes several buttons for managing and organizing your flows:

    • Columns: Adjust which columns are visible in the flow list.
    • Filters: Apply filters to quickly find specific flows.
    • Density: Adjust the display density of the table (e.g., compact or comfortable).
    • Export: Export the list of flows to a file (e.g., CSV, Excel).
    • Select a Collection: Dropdown for choosing a specific flow collection to display.
    • Refresh (icon): Refresh the flow list to view the most up-to-date data.
    • Plus (icon): Add a new flow to the list.
    • Delete (icon): Remove selected flows.
  • The table in the All Flows Tab includes the following columns:

    • Action: Options to edit or delete the flow.
    • Name: The name of the flow.
    • Title: The title of the flow.
    • Layout Flow: The layout structure of the flow.
    • Execution Flow: The execution details of the flow.
    • Description: A brief description of the flow.
    • Status: The current status of the flow (e.g., active, inactive).
    • Author: The user who created the flow.
    • Datatype: The datatype or schema associated with the flow.

Active Flows Tab:

  • The Active Flows Tab shows all currently active flows.
  • This tab provides a real-time view of flows in action, allowing you to monitor performance and make adjustments if necessary.

Refresh Icon:

  • The Refresh option allows you to update the flow data displayed, ensuring you always see the most recent information.

Stop Running Flows:

  • This button lets you stop any flows that are currently running, either manually or by the system.
  • Useful for halting flows that are no longer needed or have encountered errors.

2.2. Switching to Editor Tab

Switching to the Editor Tab gives you access to the full suite of tools needed to design and configure your flows.

Designer Tab:

  • This is where you can visually edit your flow.
  • Add or modify components, actions, and conditions through a drag-and-drop interface.
  • Visual feedback helps you easily adjust the flow’s structure and behavior.

Setting Tab:

  • The Setting Tab provides configuration options for the flow.
  • It includes fields for:
    • Name: The unique identifier for the flow.
    • Title: A more detailed title for easier recognition.
    • Layout Flow: Define how the flow should be laid out visually.
    • Execution Flow: Set up how the flow is executed when triggered.
    • Description: Add a description to explain the purpose of the flow.
    • Status: Set the current status of the flow, such as Active or Inactive.

Save, New, Publish:

Save, New, Publish

  • Save: Saves the flow in its current state but does not activate it.
  • New: Creates a new flow, either from scratch or based on a template.
  • Publish: Deploys the flow and makes it active, allowing it to trigger and run based on its configurations.
