Accessing the Sidebar Menu

After logging into AppMint Web Builder, you can access the MintFlow Sidebar Menu by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Application Dropdown:

  • Once you're logged in, locate the Application dropdown from the main dashboard.
  1. Click on the MintFlow Plus (+) Icon:

    • In the dropdown, click on the MintFlow icon (+) to open the MintFlow Designer interface.
  2. Sidebar Menu Location:

    • Once inside the MintFlow Designer, all the main controls and features are organized in the sidebar located on the left-hand side of the screen.
    • The sidebar provides quick access to all the available menu items for designing and managing your workflows.

The Social dropdown contains the Email, Notification, and SMS components. Below is the configuration process for each component:


Email Component

The Email component allows you to send emails through predefined templates and customizable fields.

How to Configure the Email Component

  1. Access the Email Component:

    • In the MintFlow Sidebar Menu, navigate to the Social dropdown.
    • Select the Email component and drag it into your workflow.
  2. Expand and Configure the Email Component:

    • Click on the Expand icon to open the configuration panel.
  3. Email Configuration Options:

    • Server: Choose either openai or awsadmin as the email server.
    • Template: Select a pre-existing template for the email format.
    • Subject: Input the subject of the email.
    • From: Input the sender's email address.
    • To: Input the recipient's email address.
    • Cc: Add any email addresses to copy (optional).
    • Bcc: Add email addresses to blind copy (optional).
    • Body: Input the main content of the email.
    • Attach: Include any files or attachments by specifying the file path or input.
    • Options: Set any additional email options, such as priority or tags.

Notification Component

The Notification component allows you to send real-time notifications using a server and template.

How to Configure the Notification Component

  1. Access the Notification Component:

    • In the Social dropdown, select the Notification component and drag it into your workflow.
  2. Expand and Configure the Notification Component:

    • Click on the Expand icon to open the configuration panel.
  3. Notification Configuration Options:

    • Server: Choose either openai or awsadmin as the notification server.
    • Template: Select a template for the notification format.
    • From: Input the sender's details (e.g., system name).
    • To: Specify the recipient or group for the notification.
    • Options: Set additional options, such as notification priority or sound.

SMS Component

The SMS component enables you to send text messages using specified server settings and templates.

How to Configure the SMS Component

  1. Access the SMS Component:

    • In the Social dropdown, select the SMS component and drag it into your workflow.
  2. Expand and Configure the SMS Component:

    • Click on the Expand icon to open the configuration panel.
  3. SMS Configuration Options:

    • Server: Choose either openai or awsadmin as the SMS server.
    • Template: Select a template for the SMS content.
    • Sender ID: Input the sender's identifier (e.g., business or system name).
    • To: Input the recipient's phone number.
    • Options: Set any additional SMS options, such as scheduling or priority.
