Steps to Create an Invoice on Appmint

  1. Log in to Appmint: Begin by logging into your Appmint account. You will be directed to the main dashboard.

  1. Access the Storefront Dropdown: Click on the Storefront dropdown in the left sidebar.

Invoice Steps

  1. Initiate a New Invoice: Click on the plus (+) icon adjacent to the Invoice text.

  2. Enter Invoice Details: In the popup modal, enter the following details:

    • Number: Enter the invoice number.
    • PO: Provide the purchase order number.
    • Bill To: Enter the billing address.
    • Ship To: Enter the shipping address.
    • Invoice Date: Enter the date of the invoice.
    • Due Date: Enter the due date for the invoice.
    • Payment Date: Enter the payment date.
    • Add a Product: Select a product from the product dropdown using the plus (+) icon.
    • Item Count: Enter the item count.
    • Subtotal: Enter the subtotal amount.
    • Discount: Apply any discount.
    • Discount Code: Enter the discount code if applicable.
    • Tax: Add the tax amount.
    • Payment Ref: Enter the payment reference.
    • Total: Verify the total amount.
    • Template: Choose an invoice template.
    • Delivery: Select the delivery method (e.g., SMS, email, WhatsApp).
    • Payment Methods: Choose the payment methods.
    • Status: Set the invoice status.
