Steps to Create a Return on Appmint's Storefront

  1. Log in to Appmint: Begin by logging into your Appmint account. You will be directed to the main dashboard.

  2. Access the Storefront Dropdown: Navigate to the storefront dropdown in the left sidebar.

  2. Fill in Return Details: In the popup modal, enter the following inputs:

    • Order: Select the order associated with the return.
    • Product: Choose the product being returned.

    • Condition: Describe the condition of the returned product.
    • Remarks: Add any additional notes or comments regarding the return.
    • Return To: Specify the return address.
    • Start Date: Enter the date when the return process was initiated.
    • Receive Date: Enter the date when the return was received.
