Steps to Create a Return on Appmint's Storefront
Log in to Appmint: Begin by logging into your Appmint account. You will be directed to the main dashboard.
Access the Storefront Dropdown: Navigate to the storefront dropdown in the left sidebar.
Initiate a New Return: Click on the plus (+) icon adjacent to the return option.
Fill in Return Details: In the popup modal, enter the following inputs:
- Order: Select the order associated with the return.
- Product: Choose the product being returned.
- Status: Set the return status (e.g., pending, approved, rejected).
- Condition: Describe the condition of the returned product.
- Remarks: Add any additional notes or comments regarding the return.
- Return To: Specify the return address.
- Start Date: Enter the date when the return process was initiated.
- Receive Date: Enter the date when the return was received.
Attach an Image: Attach an image related to the return using the pick (+) icon. Note that your image should be selected from the Appmint file explorer, where you can also upload a new photo if necessary.
Save the Return: Click on the save button to finalize and save your return.
